Dear. iTunes Stuff

I immediately tried iTunes Plus that you had proposed.

It is because the plan of the up-grade is prepared in the proposal.

However,
I was led to the procedure for buying it at regular rates.
It was not an up-grade charge.

I feel that the method of inducing the customer in iTunes Store is wrong.

The method bought by me is shown below.

1.　I advanced ahead after it had agreed to iTunes Plus in the backyard.


2.　I confirmed details in my library clicking the button of "SEE DETAILS".


3.　I did not push "BUY" button by the subsequent page. I clicked the
album of KT Tunstall.
Because.
The reason for I is that it wants to make it of the up-grade only as for
the album of KT Tunstall.


4.　In the subsequent page.
I clicked "BUY ALBUM" button.
It was written $7.99 just beside.
However, I did not worry about it because $2.40 had been presented on the previous
page.
At this point, I was convinced that it was still on the up-grade page.


5.　 I answered the message to confirm purchase twice. It is because I
buy the up-grade version.

6.　　I confirmed Purchase History. Then, it was being written not $2.40
but $7.99.

I think that there is a problem in how to induce iTunes Store.

Please make the charge an up-grade price. Or, please return me the tune to which DRM attaches.
